临床路径与随访护理干预在儿童川崎病治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径和随访护理干预在儿童川崎病治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2014年10月至2015年10月收治的川崎病患儿400例,随机分为对照组100例和观察组300例。观察组患儿采用临床路径与随访护理措施进行治疗和护理,对照组患儿进行传统的护理模式。比较两组患儿退热时间、白细胞计数、CRP水平、平均住院时间、健康知识测验得分情况、对护理工作的满意度以及冠状动脉损害情况。结果观察组患儿的退热时间、白细胞计数、CRP水平、平均住院时间、健康知识测验得分情况、对护理工作的满意度均明显优于对照组,冠状动脉损害率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径和随访护理干预应用于儿童川崎病的效果良好,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway and follow-up nursing intervention in the treatment of children with Kawasaki＇s disease. Methods A total of 400 cases of children with Kawasaki＇s disease admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （100 cases） and the observation group （300 cases）. The observation group received clinical pathway and follow-up nursing measures for treatment and nursing, while the control group received traditional nursing mode. The fever-subsidence time, the leukocyte count, CRP level, average length of hospital stay, score of health knowledge test, satisfaction degree to nursing work, and incidence of coronary artery lesions were compared between two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the fever-subsidence time, the leukocyte count and CRP level after treatment, average length of hospital stay, score of health knowledge test, satisfaction degree to nursing work （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the incidence of coronary artery lesions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical pathway and follow-up nursing intervention for children with Kawasaki＇s disease have good effect, and it is worth to be widely used in clinic.
