综合护理措施在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理措施应用于艾滋病合并肺结核患者的效果。方法选择艾滋病合并肺结核患者90例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用常规护理进行干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用综合护理措施,观察两组患者护理前后的心理状态(SDS评分、SAS评分、SES评分)和护理满意度。结果 1与护理前对比,两组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分明显更低,SES评分明显更高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,SES评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2观察组的护理满意度为95.56%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的应用效果显著,有利于缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的自尊感,提高患者的护理满意度,从而改善患者的预后情况。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing measures applied in AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 90 cases of AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing. The psychological states were evaluated before and after nursing, and the satisfaction degree to nursing was observed. Results （1）Compared with those before nursing, both groups had significantly decreased SAS score and SDS score, and significantly increased SES score after nursing （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the SES score was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. （2）The satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 95.56%, significantly higher than 66.67% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing measures applied in AIDS patients complicated with tuberculosis have significant effect, which can help to relieve patients＇ anxiety and depression, improve patients＇ self-esteem, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing, so as to improve patients＇ prognosis.
