摘　　要：小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)是儿童常患疾病之一,对于非急性感染期的脏腑辨证多属脾虚夹滞。本研究根据其中西医理论来源,探讨基于"运脾消食"治疗小儿RRTI的常用中医治疗方法,为RRTI的优化治疗方案的制定提供思路。Recurrent respiratory tract infections （RRTI） are the pediatric common diseases. It＇s believed that most of the children with RRTI were classified to spleen-deficiency with retention. According to Chinese-Western medicine theory, this paper discussed the common use of Chinese medicine treatment methods for RRTI, and provided ideas for the development of optimized treatment regimen for RRTI.
