摘  要:目的:探讨高浓度极化液(GIK)对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导内毒素血症小鼠脾脏损伤的保护作用。方法:连续3 d腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)5 mg·kg-1·d-1,构建内毒素血症小鼠模型,运用ELISA、脾脏指数、组织病理学等方法明确GIK对内毒素血症小鼠脾脏损伤是否起保护作用。结果:与LPS组小鼠比较,GIK组小鼠脾脏中促炎细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β表达显著下调(P<0.01),抑炎因子IL-10表达上调(P<0.01);脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05);脾脏损伤明显减轻。结论:GIK对内毒素血症小鼠脾脏损伤具有保护作用。Objective: To explore the protection effect of high concentration polarization( GIK) on endotoxemia mice spleen injury induced by lipopolysaccharide. Methods: Endotoxemia mice model induced by 5 mg·kg- 1·d- 1lipopolysaccharide injection intraperitoneally for 3 consecutive days. To apply ELISA,splenic index,histopathology to make sure if there was a protection effect of GIK on endotoxemia mice spleen injury. Results: Compared with lipopolysaccharide group,the express of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α、IL-1β of GIK group was down-regulated obviously( P〈0. 01),anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 was up-regulated( P〈0. 01); the spleen index was increased notably( P〈0. 05); the spleen injury was attenuated significantly. Conclusion: GIK has a protection effect on endotoxemia mice spleen injury.
