经尿道前列腺电切对逼尿肌无力合并前列腺增生患者排尿功能的改善作用及其与前列腺增生程度的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对逼尿肌无力合并前列腺增生患者排尿功能的改善作用,以及改善程度与前列腺增生程度的关系。方法:比较26例患者术前、术后最大尿流率及残余尿的改善情况,分析改善程度与前列腺大小的相关性。结果:患者术前、术后最大尿流率及残余尿的差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.01),最大尿流率的改善程度与前列腺增生程度存在正相关(P<0.01),残余尿的改善程度与前列腺增生程度无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:对于逼尿肌无力合并前列腺增生的患者行经尿道前列腺电切术可以明显改善排尿功能,并且最大尿流率的改善程度与前列腺大小存在相关性。Objective： To evaluate the the amelioration effect of transurethral resection of prostate（ TURP） on micturition function in the treatment of the patient with acontractile detrusor and benign prostatic hyperplasia and its relationship with the degree of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： To compare the amelioration degree of Qmax and PVR between Preoperative and postoperative in the 26 included patients,and analyse the correlation between the amelioration degree with the degree of prostatic hyperplasia. Results： The Qmax and PVR were significantly different between preoperative and postoperative（ P〈0. 01）,the degree of prostatic hyperplasia was correlative with the amelioration degree of Qmax（ P〈0. 01）,but it was uncorrelative with the amelioration degree of PVR. Conclusion：TURP can significantly improve the micturtion function of the patient with acontractile detrusor and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the amelioration degree of Qmax was correlative with degree of prostatic hyperplasia.
