头孢他啶和头孢吡肟治疗中重度下呼吸道感染的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较头孢他啶和头孢吡肟治疗中重度下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择2014年10月至2015年7月本院收治的中重度下呼吸道感染患者157例,采用随机数字表法随机分为A组(79例)和B组(78例)。A组给予头孢吡肟,B组给予头孢他啶,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、细菌清除率、痊愈时间、药物敏感性和不良反应发生率。结果:两组临床疗效、痊愈时间、药物敏感性、不良反应发生率均无显著差异(P>0.05),但A组细菌清除率显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论:头孢他啶和头孢吡肟在治疗下呼吸道感染方面均有一定疗效,但头孢吡肟细菌清除率更高,在临床用药时可考虑首选。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of ceftazidime and cefepime in the treatment of moderate and severe lower respiratory infection. Methods： A total of 157 patients with moderate and severe lower respiratory infection who were admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into group A（ 79 cases） and group B（ 78 cases） by random number table. Group A was treated with cefepime while group B with ceftazidime,7 days as a course of treatment,for totally 2 courses. Clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance rate,recovery time,drug sensitivity and adverse reaction rate were compared between two groups after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference between two groups in clinical efficacy,recovery time,drug sensitivity and rate of adverse reactions（ P〈0. 05）,but group A markedly higher than group B in bacterial clearance rate（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion： Both ceftazidime and cefepime have certain efficacy in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection,but the latter is the first choice in clinic because it is higher in bacterial clearance rate.
