摘 要:丙烷催化脱氢是制取丙烯产品的重要方法之一。鲁姆斯Catofin工艺采用间歇式固定床反应器,在铬系催化剂作用下完成丙烷脱氢反应获得丙烯。由于固定床反应器操作模式和脱氢反应强吸热的固有特性,使床层温度分布不均匀且温差较大。为了优化床层温度分布和反应历程,一种新型发热材料HGM被引入到Catofin工艺并加载到催化剂中。首次工业应用表明,与传统的未加入HGM材料的催化剂床层相比,催化剂床层温度得到明显下降,有效地改善了催化剂床层的温度分布,对提高产品收率、降低能耗、提高经济效益和降低装置投资均有积极促进作用。The process of propane dehydrogenation with catalyst is one of important way to get propylene product. In Lummus Catofin process, the chromuim based catalysts are loaded in the fixed reactor and the propane dehydrogenation reactions happen on the active sites of catalyst. Since the reaction are highly en- dothermic one, the temperature profiles along the height of reaction beds were uneven distribution and there are big temperature difference among different height of fixed beds. To optimize the temperature profiles and reaction process, a novel heating material (HGM) mixed with the catalysts was produced and used to the Catofin process. The first industrial application was showing that the temperatures of reaction beds were lower and it improved the temperature profiles, compared to the characteristics of traditional catalysts without HGM. In addition, it can make a positive role in impoving the product yields, reducing energy consumption and device investment and so on.
