摘 要:对GB 10184-88和ASME PTC4-1998两标准在计算锅炉热效率的方法、原理方面进行了详细论述,仿照燃料效率对GB 10184-88效率计算式进行了适当变形,然后在保证均不计(或计)外来热量且燃料发热量相同的情形下对两种算法进行了精确比较和分析。以某1 025t/h煤粉锅炉为例,分别在燃料低位、高位发热量下计算锅炉毛效率和燃料效率。结果表明:GB 10184-88算得的灰渣未燃碳热损失、散热损失和锅炉热效率较大,ASME PTC4-1998算得的排烟热损失、灰渣物理热损失较大,两种标准效率差值在0.5%以内,当不计外来热量或计算燃料效率时,高位发热量下效率差值较低位发热量下的小,毛效率计算结果则相反。The methods and principles of calculating boiler' s thermal efficiency stipulated in GB 10184-88 Standard and ASME PTC4-1998 Code' were expounded and the efficiency calculation formula from the GB 10184-88 Standard was modified properly through imitating the fuel efficiency. Then accurately comparing and analyzing these two calculation methods were performed under the condition that the external heat were consid- ered or not and the fuel calorific power were the same. Taking a 1 025 t/h pulverized coal boiler for example, calculating the boiler gross efficiency and fuel efficiency based on low heat value and gross calorific value sepa- rately shows that solid-unburned hot loss, heat loss and boiler thermal efficiency calculated by GB 10184-88 Standard are larger, so dose both waste heat loss and physical heat loss of ash and slag calculated by ASME PTC4-1998 Code. The difference value of boiler thermal efficiency between these two standards is within 0.5% ; and compared to the condition under low heat value, the difference value under the condition of gross calorific value is smaller but the calculated gross efficiency is larger when the external heat isn' t considered or the fuel efficiency is calculated.
