摘 要:在AZ91D镁合金中仅添加Al_4Sr增强相,或复合添加Al_4Sr和石墨烯增强相,分析不同增强相对镁基复合材料的显微组织、耐磨损性能、耐腐蚀性能和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合添合Al_4Sr和石墨烯增强相不仅明显提高材料的高温强度、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能,还能改善材料的塑韧性。与未添加增强相的AZ91D镁合金相比,复合添合Al_4Sr和石墨烯增强相可使合金的150℃抗拉强度提高98.9%、屈服强度提高175.2%、断后伸长率基本不变,室温磨损体积减小85.5%,室温腐蚀电位正移198 m V。Only addition of Al4Sr reinforced phase and compound addition of Al4Sr and graphene enhancement phase into AZ91 D magnesium alloy are carried out. The microstructure,wear resistance,corrosion resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties of composite material are analyzed. The results show that the compound addition of Al4Sr and graphene reinforced phase not only improves obviously high-temperature strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance performance of composite material,but also improves the toughness of plastic materials. Compared with AZ91 D magnesium alloy without adding reinforced phase,by compound addition of Al4Sr and graphene enhancement phase,tensile strength of the alloy at150 ℃ increases by 98. 9%,yield strength increases by 175. 2%,break elongation keeps unchanged,wear volume at room temperature decreases by 85. 5%,corrosion potential at room temperature positively shift by 198 m V.
