摘 要:钢轨格栅坝对水石流灾害治理效果显著,逐渐为工程界所接纳。文章梳理了拦挡工程设计思路,着重阐述格栅坝的设计步骤及应注意的问题,对泥石流重度γc、设计泥深Hc、水力坡度I、糙率系数n的正确取值做了详细讨论和分析;提出了采用断面过流的几何条件和流速公式确定不同断面泥石流流速和设计泥深的方法;建议采用水中土体的体积浓度Cv来确定横梁间距和治理效果;运用量纲分析方法指出了《泥石流灾害防治工程勘查规范(DZ/T0220—2006)》、《泥石流灾害防治工程设计规范(DZ/T0239—2004)》(文中简称"勘查规范"、"设计规范")中对于块石冲击力Fb、扬压力Fy单位的错误注释。以上方法和步骤已在华山峪泥石流治理工程设计中得到了验证。The rail-grille-dam has a significant effect on the prevention and control of debris flow,and is gradually accepted by the engineering circles. The paper reviews the design ideas of blocking engineering,focuses on the steps and noteworthy problems in the design process of grille-dam,discusses and analyzes the correct values of unit weight( γc),mean mud depth( Hc),Hydraulic gradient( I),and roughness coefficient( n); put forward a method of determining flow speed and mean mud depth of debris flow using geometrical condition of cross section flow; suggests to use the volume concentration to determine the spacing of the grid beams and evaluate the treatment effect; points out the wrong units of stone impact force( Fb) and uplift pressure( Fy) in"Code for investigation of debris flow disaster prevention engineering"( DZ/T 0220—2006)and "Code for design of debris flow disaster prevention engineering"( DZ / T 0239—2004) using dimensional analysis method. The above methods and steps have been confirmed in treatment engineering design of Huashan valley.
