腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术在老年胆总管结石患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术在老年胆总管结石患者中的安全性及临床效果。方法选取2011年6月至2015年6月期间行腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术患者44例，其中年龄≥60岁为老年组（n=22），年龄〈60岁为对照组（n=22）。分析总结两组患者的术前基本情况、平均住院时间、平均手术时间、住院总费用、患者满意度等指标。结果44例患者均手术顺利，无中转开腹病例，老年组在平均住院时间、平均手术时间、住院总费用与对照组无明显差异（P〉0.05），但患者满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术在老年胆总管结石患者中应用效果良好，只要术前调整好老年患者的基础疾病，腹腔镜胆总管探查取石术对老年胆总管结石患者是安全、微创且有效的。ObjectiveTo evaluate the application effect and safety of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE）in elderly patients with gallstone.MethodsWe collected 44 patients（≥60 years old）who received laparoscopic common bile duct exploration（LCBDE）in Changshu Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from June 2011 to June 2015.The samples were divided into two group：the elderly group（≥60 years old, n=22）and the control group（〈60 years old,n=22）. Basic information of patients pre-operation;The average days in hospital;time of antibiotic use;the hospitalization costs and patient＇s satisfaction were compared and analyzed in both groups.ResultsAll patieonts in two groups received LCBDE successfully.There was no significantly difference in average days in hospital;time of antibiotic use;the hospitalization costs between two groups（P〉0.05）,while the patient＇s satisfaction was improved in elderly group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionsLCBDE has positive effect in elderly patients with bile duct stone and is worth promoting.
