颈型颈椎病患者血清肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶及其同功酶的含量变化分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨颈型颈椎病患者血清肌酸激酶（CK）、肌型肌酸激酶（CK-MM）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）及其同功酶的水平。方法应用病例对照研究，选择颈型颈椎病患者80例，对照组80例，均取静脉血，应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法和酶动力学法测定两组人群血清中总CK及其肌型同功酶、总LDH及其同功酶的活力。结果观察组血清CK总活力[（l54.93±58.76）IU/L]高于对照组[（l30.13±55.89）IU/L]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；观察组血清CK-MM同功酶中CK-MM1活力[（46.32±5.21）IU/L]低于对照组[（54.78±7.13）IU/L]（P〈0.05），CK-MM2活力[（33.11±5.02）IU/L]与对照组[（31.30±5.43）IU/L]比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）， CK-MM3活力[（23.12±4.32）IU/L]高于对照组[（12.78±3.32）IU/ L]（P〈0.01）；观察组CK-MM3/CK- MM 1比值（0.51±0.62）高于对照组（0.22±0.19）（P〈0.01）。观察组血清肌型同功酶LDH5虽高于对照组，但无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论颈型颈椎病患者血清CK、LDH及其同功酶发生变化，说明此类患者肌肉有损伤，CK是其血清中变化较敏感的指标。ObjectiveTo discuss levels of serum CK,CK-MM,LDH and isozyme in patients with cervical type cervical spondylopathy. Methods80 patients with cervical type cervical spondylopathy were selected as case group and 80healthy were defined as control group. Agarose gel electrophoresis,SDS-PAGE and biochemical methods were used to assay the activities of CK,LDH and their iso-enzymes.ResultsValues than 1 mm CK-MM3/CK-（23.12（vigor（CK-MM1（total serum CK activity[（l54.93±58.76）IU/L]higher than that of the control group [（130.13±55.89）IU/L],the difference was significant（P〈0.01）;observation group serum CK-MM isoenzyme activity[（46.32±5.21） IU/L]lower than that of the control group[（54.78±7.13）IU/L]（P〈0.05）,CK-MM2[（33.11±5.02）U/L]and the control group [（3.13±5.43）IU/L]had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,CK-MM3 activity[（23.12±4.32）IU/L]higher than that of the control group [（12.78±3.32）IU/L]（P〈0.01）.The observation group（0.51±0.62）was higher than that of control group（0.22±0.19）（P〈0.01）. Observation of serum muscle isoenzyme LDH5 group was higher than control group,but no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The results showed the levels of serum CK,LDH and their iso-enzymes have changed in patients with cervical type cervical spondylopathy.It indicated serum CK activity was sensitive to muscle injury.
