钙尔奇D联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年甲亢继发骨质疏松症效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨钙尔奇D联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年甲亢继发骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选择200例老年甲亢继发骨质疏松症患者为观察对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，每组各100例。两组患者均口服甲巯咪唑治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予钙尔奇D口服治疗，观察组给予钙尔奇D联合阿仑膦酸钠口服治疗，两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组患者临床疗效，检测并比较两组患者治疗前后L2~4骨密度（BMD）、血清骨钙素（BGP）变化，以及甲状腺功能（FT3、FT4、TSH）变化。结果观察组实际完成研究97例，对照组实际完成研究98例。观察组总有效率为91.75%，明显优于对照组的79.59%（P〈0.05）；两组患者治疗后BMD水平均较本组治疗前显著上升（P〈0.01）， BGP水平均较本组治疗前显著降低（P〈0.01），观察组BMD水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.01），BGP水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）；治疗后两组FT3、FT4水平均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.01），TSH水平较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.01），但两组各指标比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论钙尔奇D联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年甲亢继发骨质疏松症可有效改善骨密度、血清骨钙素水平，且不影响甲状腺功能的改善，可明显提高临床效果，是一种有效的药物治疗方案。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Caltrate D combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of patients with osteoporosis.Methods200 cases of osteoporosis in the elderly were selected as the observation object,according to the random number table method is divided into observation group and control group,each group of 100 cases. Two groups of patients were oral methimazole treatment. On this basis, the Caltrate D treatment was given to the control group,the observation group given Caltrate D United Lun phosphonic acid sodium oral treatment. The course of treatment in the two groups was 6 months. To observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with L2-4 bonemineral density（BMD）,Serum Osteocalcin（BGP）changes,and thyroid function（FT3,FT4,TSH）changes.ResultsIn the observation group,97 cases were studied,and 98 cases in the control group were studied. In the observation group,the total effective rate was 91.75%,significantly better than control group of 79.59%（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients after treatment,the BMD levels were compared with before treatment,the group increased significantly（P〈0.01）,BGP levels were compared with those before treatment,the group significantly reduced（P〈0.01）and observation group,the level of BMD was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.01）,BGP levels was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）;the two groups of FT3,FT4 levels after treatment than before treatment was significantly reduced（P〈0.01）,thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH）compared with those before treatment significantly increased（P〈0.01）,but differences in the index of the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Caltrate D combined with alendronate sodium treatment of senile hyperthyroidism osteoporosis can effectively improve bonemineral density,serum osteocalcin levels,and does not affect the
