超声在软组织异物诊断中的作用

摘　　要：目的：探讨超声在软组织异物诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析30例软组织异物病例的临床资料。结果其中手部异物9例，足部异物19例，腹部手术切口处2例，均经手术取出异物。结论超声在软组织异物的诊断和治疗过程中能起到重要作用。ObjectiveTo discuss the role of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissue foreign body.MethodsThe clinical data of 30 cases of the soft tissue foreign body were analyzed retrospectively.Results9 foreign bodies were in the hands,19 foreign bodies are in the feet.2 foreign bodies were in the incision of the abdomen.All of them were removed by surgery.ConclusionsThe ultrasound has an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissue foreign body.
