多功能护理车在床边护理工作制流程优化整合中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨多功能护理车在床边护理工作落实过程中优化流程的应用效果。方法2014年8月以普及使用多功能护理车为核心打造移动护理平台，为优化流程提高床边护理工作制落实率奠定基础，比较前后两组护士日往返行程、科室响铃次数的变化以及预防跌倒和安全给药措施落实情况。结果护士迂回行程、科室响铃频次跌倒发生率和高危药物外渗率均明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论应用多功能治疗车为核心的护理平台形成新的护理流程，积极推进床边护理工作制，将护士从繁琐的事务性工作中解脱出来，将时间还给护士，有效落实预防跌倒和安全给药措施，减少护理安全隐患，提高了护士工作效率。ObjectiveTo explore the multi-function car care in bedside nursing work to carry out the optimization process in the process of application effect.MethodsIn August 2014 the use of partial multi-function car care as the core to build nursing platform was widely applied, a foundation to optimize the process to improve nursing work week LaShiLv bed was established,then compared the two groups before and after the nurse day trips,department ring the change and the number of falls prevention and safety dosage measures implementation.ResultsNurses circuitous trip, department ring fall in the frequency of incidence and high-risk drug exosmosis rate were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.ConclusionsApplication of the multi-function car platform as the core of nursing treatment to form a new nursing process,actively promote the bedside nursing work week, the nurse from tedious transactional work,time to nurse,the nurse to the patient,effectively implement falls prevention and safety measures,reduce nursing safety,improve the working efficiency of nurses.
