摘 要:丁二烯是重要的石油化工基础有机原料和合成橡胶单体,主要用于合成顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体以及1,2-低分子聚丁二烯。丁烯氧化脱氢是生产丁二烯的主要途径,而钼酸铋是一种广泛研究且简单有效的丁烯氧化脱氢生产丁二烯的催化剂。为了符合工业应用对催化剂耐磨损程度的要求,采用浸渍法制备负载型的钼酸铋催化剂,并对其反应性能进行考察。载体类型包括γ-氧化铝、二氧化硅小球、氧化锆、镁铝尖晶石以及硅溶胶,并选择了效果最好的二氧化硅小球作为载体进行了系统考察,包括粒径、负载量、稳定性。当使用比表面积较大的100~200目的二氧化硅小球作载体、并且活性组分γ-Bi2MoO6的负载量为30%时,最利于正丁烯的转化,丁二烯的收率达到54.74%,碳氧化物的收率仅为3.16%,这种催化剂的稳定性也很好。Butene is an important basic organic raw material used in the petrochemical industry and a monomer for producing synthetic rubber,primarily used in the production of butadiene rubber,butadiene styrene rubber,acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber,styrene-butadiene-styrene elastomer and 1,2-low-molecule polybutadiene.Oxidative dehydrogenation of butene is the main approach to producing butadiene and bismuth molybdenum oxide is an easy-to-use and effective catalyst that has been widely researched for the production of butadiene by oxidative dehydrogenation of butene.In order to satisfy the requirement for abrasive resistance in industrial ap-plications,technicians used the dipping method to prepare a supported bismuth molybdenum oxide catalyst and examined the reactive performance of the catalyst.The carrier types for the catalyst include γ-alumina,silica beads,zirconia,magnesium aluminate spinel and slica solution.They selected slica beads with the best perfor-mance as the carrier for a systematic review and assessment,including grain size,loaded capacity and stability.When 100-200-mesh silica beads with relatively large specific area are used as the carrier and the load-ed capaicty of γ-Bi_2MoO_6,the active component,is 30%,the conditions for n-butene conversion are optimum and the yield of butadiene is 54.74% and that of oxycarbides is only 3.16%.This catalyst also has good sta-bility.
