摘　　要：在烟草工业生产中,储叶柜的利用率是影响制丝线生产效率的关键工序。该文通过统计卷烟厂储叶柜生产运行中的利用率,并分析了影响利用率的相关因素,通过分析排柜方法和换柜时间,选取最优排柜规则和换柜时间,且经正常生产运行实测得到"合理使用公用柜,进柜方案与出柜方案兼顾考虑"的最佳排柜原则和14min30s的最佳换柜时间,储叶柜利用率由54.2%提高到68.3%。该方法使生产效能提高显著,为烟草生产企业及类似行业和单位技术人员提高产能和效率提供了重要参考。Tobacco storage cabinet utilization is a key process in cut tobacco production line,this paper count up thetobacco storage cabinet utilization when production running,and analyses the related factors,by analyzing the distrib-ute using of tobacco storage cabinet and changing time,selected the optimality distribute using and changing time,found ways＂rational use of common cabinet,considered both into and out plan＂by the normal producing test,and thebest time as 14min30 s,cabinet＇s utilization from 54.2% to 54.2% from 54.2% to 68.3%. Using this method the pro-duction efficiency improved significantly,for similar industries and technical staff to improve the efficiency and pro-vide an important reference.
