集束化护理相关研究的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的探索集束化护理的研究现状和发展趋势，为集束化护理的深入研究提供参考与借鉴。方法以中国知网（CNKI）和万方数据库为数据来源，采用文献计量学方法对集束化护理相关文献进行统计和分析。结果检索筛选后最终纳入672篇文献，文献数量呈逐年递增趋势，但地区差距较大，期刊分布相对分散，核心作者尚未形成，基金资助力度不够，研究领域还有待进一步拓展，文献质量还需大幅度提升。结论集束化护理的相关研究还有很大的发展空间，Objective To explore status quo and development trend of cluster nursing in China, so as to provide reference for further research on cluster nursing. Methods All articles related to cluster nursing were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） database and Wanfang database. Bibliometrics analysis methods were used for statistics and analysis of the results. Results After searching and filtrating, a total of 672 articles were collected. The number of articles was increasing year by year, but there was a wide gap in different regions. Distribution of the journals was relatively dispersed without core authors formed or enough fund support. The field of research should be further expanded and quality of literature required to greatly improve. Conclusions There will still be big space for developing related research on cluster nursing in China. Nursing scholars should apply cluster nursing in a wider field, and strengthen cooperation across different units and regions.
