发展性精神障碍儿童母亲亲职教育压力及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的：分析发展性精神障碍儿童母亲在养育和照料患儿过程中亲职教育压力及相关影响因素。方法选取2013年1月—2014年12月我院确诊为发展性精神障碍儿童的母亲106名作为研究组，选取同期在我院体检的正常儿童的母亲106名作为对照组，比较两组亲职压力以及家庭月收入、患儿严重程度与患儿母亲亲职压力，并对相关因素行回归分析。结果患儿母亲亲职压力总分（109．83±17．89），正常儿童组母亲亲职压力总分（85．57±16．79），差异有统计学意义（t ＝10．180，P ＜0．01）。家庭收入、儿童精神障碍的严重程度是母亲亲职压力的危险因素。结论在对发展性精神障碍患儿治疗的同时，还应加大社会对其母亲的关注和支持，避免母亲压力过大产生不良影响。Objective To explore the parenting stress of mothers of children with developmental mental disorder and influencing factors.Methods A total of 1 06 mothers of children with developmental mental disorder were included in study group,and 1 06 mothers of normal children were included in control group between January 201 3 and December 201 4 in our hospital.The parenting stress of mothers in two groups was compared and influencing factors of parenting stress were analyzed.Results The score of parenting stress in study group and control group were （1 09.83±1 7.89）and （85.57 ±1 6.79）respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （t =1 0.1 80,P 〈0.01 ）.The risk factors of parenting stress of mothers were family income and the severity of mental disorder in children.Conclusions Mothers of children with developmental mental disorder have more parenting stress.We should pay more attention to decrease the parenting stress of mothers by improving children′s symptoms and providing more social supports.
