标准化护理在消化内镜室护理质量管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨标准化护理在消化内镜室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择胃肠镜检查的门诊患者为研究对象，将2014年6—8月1866例患者为对照组，采取常规的护理及质量管理方法；2014年9—12月1980例患者为观察组，在常规护理基础上，成立标准化护理小组，制订标准化并落实实施；比较两组管理效果。结果实施消化内镜室标准化管理后，內镜清洗消毒合格率99．56％，患者对内镜检查治疗后注意事项知晓率98．17％，患者满意度99．00％，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为5．404，41．079，1．347；P ＜0．05）。结论标准化护理保证工作按时有效完成，保证护理质量、安全，同时提高检查患者的健康教育掌握及患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of standardized nursing care on the quality control in digestive endoscopy room. Methods The control group recruited 1 866 outpatients from June to August 2014 and the observation group recruited 1 980 outpatients from September to December 2014. A panel of standardized nursing care was established and implemented based on the routine care. The application effects were observed and compared between both groups. Results After implementing the standardized nursing care, the qualified rate of endoscopy washing-disinfection was 99.56%, awareness of endoscopy examination 98.17% and patients＇ satisfaction 99.00% for the observation group, which were higher than that of the control group （ X2 = 5. 404,41. 079, 1. 347 ; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The standardized nursing care not only can ensure the provision of efficacy and safety care, but also can improve the knowledge and satisfaction of the patients.
