国内首例人子宫移植患者围术期心理特点分析及护理对策

摘　　要：通过对1例人子宫移植患者围术期的心理护理进行总结，术前加强宣教，解除患者的疑虑和恐惧；术中细心护理，使患者得到心理上的支持和安全感；术后积极引导，帮助患者恢复正常的社会生活。患者于手术后59 d 出院，现一般状况良好。By summarizing psychological nursing of one case uterine transplantation patient during preoperative period,we strengthen the preoperative education for releasing doubts and fear,provide tender loving care so that the patient can acquire psychological support and security during operation,and guide positively to help patient maintain normal social life after operation.The patient discharges at 59 d after operation,and the general status is satisfied.
