摘　　要：对早产儿喂养不耐受定义、诊断标准、相关因素、临床表现等方面进行了阐述，综述了非药物干预措施对早产儿喂养不耐受的主要研究进展，包括合理的喂养方式、适宜的乳类选择、合适的体位选择、早期的微量喂养、口腔运动护理干预、适时的新生儿抚触。Preterm infant feeding intolerance,diagnostic criteria,related factors and clinical manifestations have been elaborated.Non-pharmacological interventions in the feeding intolerance in the premature infants were reviewed as the reasonable way of feeding,the best choice of appropriate milk and position,early trace elements feeding,nursing intervention of oral movements and timely neonatal massage.
