摘　　要：目的：了解呼吸相关科室年轻护士流感知识知晓情况、个人防护意识及行为。方法采用自行设计的“流行性感冒相关知识及防护行为调查问卷”对呼吸相关科室108名年轻护士进行调查分析。结果年轻护士流行性感冒相关知识及行为得分偏低，口罩佩戴依从性95．37％，口罩佩戴正确率79．63％，手卫生依从性为47．54％，32．40％的年轻护士接种了流感疫苗。结论年轻护士流感相关知识及行为知晓度偏低，个人防护意识及行为有待进一步提高，医院需加强对年轻护士流感相关知识的培训，提供及时有效的保护措施。Objective To investigate the awareness of influenza knowledge,personal protection consciousness and behavior among young nurses in respiratory related departments.Methods One hundred and eight young nurses in respiratory related departments were investigated and analyzed by using the self-designed“questionnaire of influenza related knowledge and protective behavior”.Results The score of influenza related knowledge and behavior of young nurses was relatively low.The compliance rate of wearing masks was 95.37%. The accuracy of wearing masks was 79.63%.The compliance rate of hand hygiene was 47.54%.The percentage of young nurses accepting influenza vaccine was 32.40%.Conclusions The awareness rate of influenza related knowledge and behavior of young nurses is relatively low.Personal prote ctive consciousness and＆amp;nbsp;behavior need to be further improved.Hospitals need to strengthen the training of influenza related knowledge for young nurses and provide timely and effective protection.
