广州31家医院临床护士预防误吸相关护理知识的调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解广州护理学会老年及中风护理专业委员会委员所在31家医院的护士对预防误吸知识的掌握、预防误吸护理工作的开展情况，为医院规范预防误吸操作流程等工作提供依据。方法采用自制误吸护理知识调查问卷对31家医院的1320名临床护士进行调查。结果护士的误吸知识总分平均为（12．35±4．49）分，处于中等水平。不同科室、学历和职称护士误吸知识总分差异有统计学意义（F 值分别为3．373，23．349，12．707；P ＜0．01）。结论各医院临床护士预防误吸护理知识有待加强，提高护士对预防误吸知识的掌握水平，为患者提供全面的预防误吸护理至关重要。Objective To comprehend nurses′mastery of aspiration prevention knowledge,nursing work of aspiration prevention in 31 hospitals,committee members of Elderly and Stroke Nursing Committee in Guangzhou Nursing Association,so as to provide basis for hospital policies on regulating operation procedure of aspiration prevention.Methods A total of 1 320 nurses in 31 hospitals were surveyed by self-designed questionnaires about nursing knowledge of aspiration prevention.Results Average of total score of nurses′knowledge on aspiration was （1 2.35 ±4.49）points,being in an intermediate level.Influencing factors of the total score included departments they were from,education backgrounds and job titles （F =3.373,23.349, 1 2.707;P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusions Nursing knowledge on aspiration prevention of clinical nurses from these hospitals still needs to be improved.It is really significant for nurses to improve their knowledge in aspiration prevention,so as to provide comprehensive nursing of aspiration prevention for patients.
