护士陪伴患者阴道镜下宫颈活组织检查的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈活组织检查患者的全程护士陪伴，对减少并发症、提高满意度的效果。方法选择2014年8月行阴道镜下宫颈活组织检查的患者724例作为对照组，2015年8月的患者932例作为观察组。两组参与手术的医生为同一人，观察组检查过程增加一名护士陪伴。结果两组检查中、检查后先兆昏厥、昏厥、阴道出血发生率以及满意度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阴道镜下宫颈活组织检查过程中，护士陪伴能明显降低先兆昏厥、昏厥、阴道出血发生率，提高患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of nurse companion on reducing complications of colposcopic cervical biopsy and improving satisfaction. Methods 724 patients who had cervical biopsy by colposcopy during August of 2014 in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Wuxi were collected as control group, and another 932 cases in August of 2015 were sampled as observation group. Same doctor conducted the biopsy for all the patients in two groups. Each patient in observation group were accompanied by one nurse during the procedure. Results There were significant differences between the two groups on the incidence of pre-syncope, syncope, vaginal bleeding and patients＇ satisfaction （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Nurse companion can reduce the incidence of pre-syncope, syncope, vaginal bleeding greatly during colposcopic cervical biopsy and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
