港城融合理念下的港口区再生策略——以青岛港老港区为例

摘　　要：青岛港是青岛未来发展的重要经济增长极和特色节点城区,目前其与青岛主城区发展之间的矛盾日趋严重,其中最突出的问题就是港城关系日渐疏离,导致港城空间分隔。针对这一问题,文章对港城矛盾进行梳理,结合港口产业特点,提出港城融合的港口区再生策略,以期推动青岛港老港区改造的顺利进行。Qingdao port is a growth pole of future urban development with its own characters. A distinctive problem of the port is its growing separation from the city. The paper concludes port-city contradictions, proposes regeneration strategies of the port area by its industrial characters, to promote the implementation of old port area renovation.
