摘　　要：20世纪80年代以来,在政治与经济体制的双重改革影响下,历史街区的保护发生了重大的变化,一元决策向多元参与的转型对政府价值观的重塑产生了重要影响。文章以湖广会馆历史街区为例,通过对其发展历程中政府价值观的演进分析,总结出现阶段政府价值观重塑的现状问题,并以此为基础,从多元包容的理念出发,提出了重塑历史街区保护中政府价值观的途径:以多元主体的平等参与为前提,以价值观的合理判定为手段,以重塑结果的动态修正为保障。Since 1980 s, the governmental value option in historical block preservation has greatly changed in the transition from unilateral decision-making to multiple participation under the impact of political and economic reform. With Huguang Guild Hall historical block as an example, the paper analyzes the evolution of governmental value option, and puts forwards approaches of remolding governmental value： equal participation of multiple stakeholders, rational judgment of values, and dynamic correction of the results.
