摘　　要：随着工业化和信息化的快速发展,企业在转型升级过程中对职业人才需求量不断提升,提高人才培养质量成为高职院校办学的关键,人才培养质量评价体系建设质量的高低直接影响着学校人才培养质量和培养目标。为培养符合企业需求的林业工程类专业人才,结合实际情况,就专业人才培养质量评价体系的构建进行了全面的分析和研究。With the rapid development of industrialization and informationization, the demand for professional talents in the process of enterprise transformation is increasing, and the improvement of personnel training quality is the key to the running of higher vocational colleges. Personnel training quality evaluation system has a direct impact on the quality of personnel training and training objectives. In order to cultivate the forestry engineering talents who meet the needs of the enterprises, this paper analyzed the construction of evaluation system of talents cultivation.
