摘　　要：文章提出了智慧环保信息化平台设计的初步构想,从建设目标、设计原则、设计思路、总体架构、总体功能设计、设计内容六部分描述了智慧环保信息化平台建设的意义及内容,为智慧环保建设提供参考。The article puts forward the environmental wisdom of preliminary design, design of information from the construction goal, design principle, design idea, overall structure, the design of overall function design, content six part describes the environmental wisdom the meaning and content of information platform construction, provide reference for the environmental wisdom construction.
