摘　　要：在工业和信息化产业融合的背景下,物联网技术的应用体现在智能楼宇的方方面面。物联网技术的成熟应用推动着智能楼宇更快地发展,而智能楼宇又是物联网技术发展的一个新的突破口,二者相互促进发展。将物联网与智能楼宇相结合研究,是时代的潮流,也是技术发展的需要。本文以物联网技术的应用为基础,介绍了物联网概念及关键技术、智能楼宇的系统组成,研究设计了物联网技术在智能楼宇中的应用方案。In the integration of industry and information industry background, the application of Internet of Things technology is reflected in all aspects of intelligent buildings. Mature application of Internet of Things technology promotes faster development of intelligent buildings, meanwhile, intelligent buildings are a new breakthrough in the development Internet of Things technology, the two complement one another and pursue a common development. Combine and research Internet of Things with intelligent buildings, is the trend of the times, but also the need for technical development. In this thesis, the application Internet of Things technology as the foundation, introduced the concept of networking and key technology of intelligent building system components.We discussed the application and design methods of IOT technology in intelligent buildings.
