康复新液联合早期肠内营养在防治危重症患者应激性溃疡出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探析康复新液联合早期肠内营养防治危重症患者应激性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法将2013年7月至2015年4月开封市第二人民医院收治的96例危重症患者分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。2组患者均给予常规综合治疗,并在24 h内实施肠内营养支持,观察组患者在肠内营养液内添加康复新液;观察2组患者治疗1、4、7 d后胃液酸减度(p H)值变化及治疗7 d后应激性溃疡出血发生率。结果治疗1 d后2组患者胃液p H值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、7 d后观察组患者胃液p H值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组患者发生应激性溃疡出血1例(2.1%),对照组发生9例(18.8%),观察组患者应激性溃疡出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论含康复新液的早期肠内营养能提高危重症患者胃液p H值,有效减少应激性溃疡出血的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with early enteral nutrition in the prevention and treatment of critically ill patients with stress ulcer bleeding. Methods Ninty-six critically ill patients in the Second People＇s Hospital of Kaifeng City were selected from July 2013 to April 2015 and divided into observation group and control group,with 48 patients in each group. All patients were given routine comprehensive therapy and enteral nutrition support in 24 hours; based on these,the patients in observation group were given Kangfuxin liquid. The changes of power of hydrogen（ pH） value of gastric juice of patients at 1 day,4,7 days after treatment and the incidence of stress ulcer bleeding of patients at 7 days after treatment were observed in the both groups. Results There was no statistic difference of pH value of gastric juice of patients between the two groups at one day after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. The pH value of gastric juice of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 4,7 days after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of stress ulcer bleeding of patients in observation group was 2. 1%（ 1 /48）,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 18. 8%,9 /48）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with early enteral nutrition therapy can increase the pH value of gastric juice and reduce the incidence of the stress ulcer bleeding of critically ill patients.
