摘  要:目的建立测定聚维酮碘口服液中聚维酮含量的HPLC法。方法 HPLC法测定聚维酮的含量,色谱柱:Dikma DiamonsilC18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(5∶95);流速0.8 m L·min-1;紫外检测波长205 nm。结果聚维酮质量浓度在0.1~1 g·L^(-1)内与其峰面积之间具有良好线性关系,r=0.999 8。高、中、低3个浓度下方法的日内和日间精密度良好(RSD<2.36%)。定量限和检测限分别为0.2、0.05 mg·L^(-1)。样品溶液在24 h内稳定(RSD=0.02%)。加样回收率为99.55%~100.80%(n=3),RSD<2.05%。结论经方法学验证,本法简便、快捷、准确性好、灵敏度高,可用于测定聚维酮碘口服液中聚维酮的含量。AIM To develop an HPLC method for the detemaination of povidone content in povidone-iodine oral liquid. METHODS A Dikma Diamonsil C18 column ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was ace- tonitrile-water(5 : 95), the flow rate was 0.8 mL· min- 1, and the wavelength for detection was 205 nm. RESULTS The assay showed good linear correlation over the range of 0.1 - 1 g·L- 1 between the mass concentration and peak area ( r = 0.999 8). The intra-day and inter-day precision of high, medium and low concentrations were good(RSD 〈 2.36% ). The limits of quantitation and detection were 0.2mg·L- 1 and 0.05 mg·L- 1, respectively. The sample solution was sta- ble in 24 h (RSD = 0.02% ). The range of the average recoveries were 99.55% - 100.80% ( n = 3) with RSD 〈 2.05 %. CONCLUSION By the method validation, the method is simple, fast, good accuracy and high sensitivity, and can be adapted to determine the povidone content in povidone-iodine oral liquid.
