益气活血复方对动脉粥样硬化家兔NF-κB基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气活血复方对家兔颈总动脉球囊损伤模型CRP水平及NF-κB基因表达的影响。方法采用颈总动脉球囊损伤联合高脂饲料喂养家兔的实验方法。筛选家兔40只,随机分为模型组、西药对照组、治疗组、正常组,共4组。各组家兔于8周末,清晨空腹经耳中央动脉采血,分离血浆。处死家兔后取颈总动脉组织,测定NF-κB基因表达。结果治疗组、西药对照组与模型组比较(P<0.01),都能降低血浆CRP水平;与治疗组比较,西药对照组CRP水平下降更为明显。治疗组、西药对照组均能下调NF-κB基因表达,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),与正常组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气活血复方能够降低血浆CRP水平,下调NF-κB基因表达,具有明显的拮抗炎症反应的作用,有利于缓解动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。Objective To observing the effect of the formula of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation on the CRP level and the expression of NF-kappa B in the rabbit carotid artery balloon injury model,the effect mechanism of the prescription for supplementing qi and activating blood circulation in the treatment of atherosclerosis was discussed. Methods Common carotid artery injury combined with high-fat diet fed rabbits experimentally. Screening of 40 rabbits were randomly divided into model group,western medicine control group,the treatment group,plus the normal control group,a total of four groups of rabbits. Rabbits in each group of 8 weeks,fasting blood by ear central artery,plasma separated. Rabbits were sacrificed after taking carotid artery tissue,measuring gene expression NF-κB.Results Treatment group,western medicine group and the model group（ P〉0. 01）,can reduce plasma CRP levels;compared with the treatment group and comparison group CRP levels decreased more obvious. NF-κB gene therapy group,comparison group can be reduced,there was no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）,no difference（ P〉0. 05）and the normal group. Conclusion Yiqihuoxue compound capable of lowering plasma CRP levels,reduced NF-κB gene expression,has obvious antagonistic role of inflammation,and help alleviate the development of atherosclerosis.
