中风通腑泄热颗粒制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优化中风通腑泄热颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法以正交法优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果厚朴等加6倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次0.5 h,药渣与枳实等一起加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1 h,浸膏加芒硝细粉,加微粉硅胶、可溶性淀粉适量制成颗粒,颗粒的成型性和溶化性均较好。结论该制备方法简单可行,工艺稳定,可作为本品的制备工艺。Objective To determine the feasible preparation technology of stroke Tongfu particles Xiere granules.Methods The optimum extraction conditions of the granules were determined by orthogonal test. Results Magnolia etc. plus 6 times the amount of 70% ethanol was extracted three times,each 0. 5 hour,Dregs and Citrus aurantium,etc. were boiled three in water 8 times the quantity of the herbs and 1 hour each time; three pieces of decoctions were mixed,Combined with the alcohol extract,which was added amount of Glauber＇s salt powder,silica powder and soluble corn starch. Moldability and melting of the granules are good. Conclusion The preparation technology was simple,convenient and feasible,and properties of the granules prepared by it were stable,so this technology can be used to the granules.
