人血清中骨形态发生蛋白质4表达水平与体质量指数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究人群血清中骨形态发生蛋白质4(BMP4)水平与体质量指数(BMI)的相关性,推断血清BMP4水平是否成为肥胖人群发生心血管疾病的危险因素。方法入选180名受试者,根据BMI分为正常体质量组和超重组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别测量2组人群血清BMP4的水平。并对BMP4水平与BMI、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性进行分析,同时分析BMP4水平与传统心血管危险因素的相关性。结果超重组血清BMP4水平显著高于正常体质量组(P<0.05),与BMI及hs-CRP之间呈正相关(P<0.01);血清BMP4水平与传统的心血管危险因素,包括高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖,血压无相关性,而与年龄呈正相关。结论超重组BMP4水平与BMI以及hs-CRP呈正相关,是肥胖人群心血管疾病的危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between bone morphogenetic protein 4（BMP4）and body mass index（BMI）,and to statistically infer whether the serum level of BMP4 is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease in the obese people.Methods One hundred and eighty enrolled subjects were divided into normal weight group and overweight group according to their BMI and the BMP4 serum levels of both groups were evaluated by ELISA method.The analysis of the correlation of BMP4 level with BMI and hs-CRP was conducted,as well as with traditional risk factors for cardiovascular disease.Results The BMP4 serum levels were significantly higher among overweight group（P 0.05）,and were positively correlated with BMI and hs-CRP（P 0.01）.Except for a positive correlation with age,no correlation was shown of BMP4 level with other traditional cardiovascular risk factors including HDL-C,fasting blood glucose and blood pressure.Conclusion BMP4 serum level of overweight group has a positive correlation with BMI and hs-CRP,and is inferred to be a risk factor for cardiovascular disease in obese people.
