摘 要:通过化学定量分析、显微镜及扫描电镜等分析手段,查明了湖南某高钙型锰矿中锰的赋存状态、矿物组成,以及主要矿物的嵌布特征。结合工艺矿物学的研究结果进行了选矿工艺方案对比试验,其研究结果表明,锰主要赋存于锰方解石、含锰方解石等Mn含量较低的锰矿物中,采用选矿方法难以使矿石中的锰相对集中富集。Occurrence state, mineral composition and the distribution characteristic of main minerals of manganese ore with high calcium content in Hunan province were eharified by analyse means like chemical quantitative analysis, microscope and scanning electron microscopy (sem), etc. Combined with the results of mineralogy, comparative experiments of beneficiation processing scheme were carried out, the results show that manganese mainly distributed in mangane ore with low mangane content such as tetalite, manganese-bearing calcite, etc. It is difficult to relatively concentrated enrich mangane in this type of ore by beneficiation methods.
