摘  要:目的分析先天性主动脉发育异常的多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)及经胸心脏超声(transthoracic echocardiography,TTE)的诊断价值,提高影像学检查在该病中的应用。方法回顾性分析MSCT及TTE检查的26例主动脉发育异常患者的临床资料,研究其影像学特点。结果本组所选患者,主动脉弓缩窄10例,主动脉弓离断4例,右位主动脉弓9例,双主动脉弓2例,腹主动脉缩窄1例。其中,MSCT阳性诊断24例,准确率92.3%,漏诊2例,漏诊率7.7%;TTE阳性诊断22例,准确率84.6%,漏诊4例,漏诊率15.4%。结论对于主动脉发育异常的影像学诊断,MSCT和TTE各有优势和缺点,联合应用两种检查,能为临床医师诊断本病提供更加准确的影像学信息。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multi - slice spiral CT (MSCT) and transthoracic echocardiography (TIE) in the diagnosis of congenital aortic dysplasia, so as to improve the imaging examination in the application for this disorder. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with congenital aortic dysplasia, who underwent MSCT and TrE examination, were retrospectively analyzed, aiming at studying the imaging characteristics of this disease. Results In those selected patients, there were 10 cases of the coarctation of aortic arch 4 cases of the interruption of aortic arch. 9 cases were right aortic arch,2 cases were double aortic arch, and 1 case was abdominal aorta. Among them, 24 cases were positively diagnosed by MSCT, with the diagnostic accuracy of 92.3%, 2 cases were, with the misdiagnosis rate of 7.7% ; 22 cases were positively diagnosed, with accuracy rate of 84.6%, 4 cases were misdiagnosed, with misdiagnosis rate of 15.4%. Conclusion With respect to the imaging diagnosis of congenital aortic dysplasia, MSCT or TTE each has advantages and disadvantages. The combined use of two kinds of in- spection can provide clinicians with more accurate imaging information for in the diagnosis of the disease.
