妊娠期皮肤病的护理及健康教育

摘　　要：女性在妊娠期间,免疫功能、新陈代谢、内分泌等都发生了一些复杂的变化,使她们的皮肤及附属器易于发生一些生理或病理改变。文中介绍了妊娠后皮肤出现的一些生理性变化,受妊娠影响的非特异性皮肤改变和疾病以及妊娠期特异性皮肤病;同时从皮肤护理、消除诱因护理、心理护理等三个方面介绍妊娠期皮肤病的相关护理知识,从妊娠期皮肤病患者需要掌握的皮肤病知识、生活指导、用药指导、心理指导、自我进行疾病管理五个方面阐述妊娠期皮肤病的健康教育内容,并简述不同的健康教育形式,为护理工作者提供参考,以期提高妊娠期皮肤病患者的生活质量,促进母婴安全。Pregnancy is associated with complex of immunological, metabolic,and endocrinological changes that may cause physiology,and pathology of the skin and it＇s annex. This article presented an overview about the physiology skin changes in pregnancy, nonspecific dermatomes affected by pregnancy,and specific dermatomes affected by pregnancy by reference to the literature at home and abroad. Based on long-term clinical experiences, to introduce the related nursing knowledge from the skin care, remove incentives, psychological care measures aspects, from the dermatological knowledge, life guiding, drug use guiding, psychology guiding, and disease self-management aspects to elaborate the dermatomes of pregnancy health education content, and briefly introduce the health educational methods, for providing references to clinical workers, to improve the quality of life of patients with dermatomes during pregnancy, to ensure safety of mother and infants.
