甘肃不同地域伏毛铁棒锤中乌头碱及3-乙酰乌头碱的含量分析

摘　　要：目的：分析甘肃不同地域伏毛铁棒锤中乌头碱及3-乙酰乌头碱的含量差异。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Gemini—Nx—C18柱（5μm，4．6mm×250mm），以乙腈：0．2％碳酸氢铵溶液（55：45）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长230nm，柱温：30℃进行检测。结果：乌头碱线性范围为：19．20-57．55μg／mL，平均加样回收率为101．30％，（RSD=2．34％）；3-乙酰乌头碱线性范围为：4．8-50μg／mL，平均加样回收率为100．67％（RSD=0.77％）。结论：该法快速、简便，结果准确、可靠，可用于伏毛铁棒锤中乌头碱及3一乙酰乌头碱的含量测定及差异分析。Objective： To analyze the content difference of aconitine and 3-Acetyla conitine in FuMao TieBangChui （aconiturn flavum Hand.-Mazz） in different areas of Gansu Province. Methods： High performance liquid chromatography was used on Gemini-Nx-C18 （5 Ixm, 4.6 mm×250 mm） chromatographic column with acetonitrile, 0.2% ammonium bicarbonate solution （55：45） as mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 230 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Results： Linearity range of aconitine was 19.20-57.55 ixg/mL while average recovery was 101.30%（RSD=2.34%）; Linearity range of 3-Acetyla conitine was 4.8-50 μg/mL while average recovery was 100.67%（RSD=0.77%）. Conclusion： The method is fast and handy while the result is accurate and reliable. It can be used in the determination of content and variation analysis on aconitine and 3-Acetyla conitine in FuMao TieBangChui.
