摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)患者的中医体质类型分布规律,为本病的中医药防治提供依据。方法:根据北京中医药大学王琦教授创制的中医体质量表,以就诊于上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院妇科的75例内异症患者为内异组,以同期就诊于本院妇科门诊无盆腔疾患的75例女性为正常组进行调查。结果:内异组中血瘀体质发病率最高,其次为阳虚体质,正常组体质以阳虚质和平和质为主,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血瘀质与内异症发病呈正相关,回归分析示血瘀体质是本病发病的高危体质。Objective： To provide a basis in its prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine by studing TCM constitutional types distribution law of patients with endometriosis. Methods： Based on the TCM constitution Scale created by Professor Wang Qi in Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 75 patients with endometriosis from Gynecology Clinic, Affiliated Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chose as the endometriosis group, and 75 female patients with no pelvic disease from Gynecology Clinic in this hospital at the same period were chose as normal group for the investigation. Results： In the endometriosis group, patients with haemostasis constitution had the highest incidence of endometriosis, followed by yang-deficiency constitution. In normal group, yang-deficiency constitution and Normal-constitution were two mainly types. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Haemostasis constitution is positively associated with the incidence of endometriosis. The regression analysis indicates that haemostasis constitution is the high risk constitution which easily affected by endometriosis.
