中医药外敷及熏洗治疗痔疮术后的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药外敷、熏洗治疗痔疮术后的研究现状。方法:以中国中医药期刊文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)为检索源,去重后分别从发文年代、作者、期刊来源、基金资助和研究主题等方面进行文献计量分析。结果:1957—2014年间国内期刊上共发表458篇用中医药外敷、熏洗等疗法治疗痔疾术后相关的文献。载文较多的10种期刊集中了全部文献量的23.36%,发文3篇及以上的主要作者10人,主要研究热点是中医药治疗痔疮术后的临床疗效观察。结论:中医药在治疗痔疮术后工作中积累了丰富临床经验并取得较好的疗效,但对此方面研究的基金项目支持力度有待加强。Objective： To explore the research statue of treating patients after hemorrhoidectomy with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external application and fumigation and washing therapies. Methods： Literature were collected from China＇s traditional Chinese medicine journal literature database and Chinese national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI）, which after removing duplication were made a bibliometric analysis from several aspects, including the publication distribution of time, authors, source journals, funds assistance and research topics. Results： From 1957 to 2014, there were totally 458 papers about TCM external application and fumigation and washing therapies treating patients after hemorrhiodectomy published in domestic journals, and ten journals in which there were more papers concentrated 23.36% of total amount of the literature, what＇s more, ten main authors issued more than three articles, and the hot area of research focused on clinical effects observation about treating patients after hemorrhoidectomy with TCM. Conclusion： There are rich experiences and good clinical effects in treating patients after hemorrhoidectomy with TCM, but the research still needs more funds assistance.
