摘　　要：目的:探讨隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(DFSP)的临床特点、治疗方法及预后。方法:对1例罕见的鼻面部巨大DFSP的临床资料进行回顾性分析并结合文献进行讨论。结果:患者手术采用肿瘤广泛切除,随访1年肿瘤未复发。结论:DFSP局部手术切除后容易复发,广泛切除手术是降低复发率的有效方法。Objective： To explore clinical features, treatment and the prognosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans （DFSP）. Methods： Clinical data of one case of DFSP was retrospectively analyzed, and discussed on the foundation of literature. Results： The patient accepted wide surgical excision, and the tumor didn＇t recur in the follow-up within one year. Conclusion： DFSP would recur after local excision easily, while wide surgical excision is an effective method of decreasing relapse rate.
