摘  要:目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对高血压脑出血(HICH)微创术后患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各42例,2组均采用微创手术治疗及术后常规治疗,观察组同时于术后第7天给予高压氧(HBO)治疗,每天1次,连续治疗21天。观察2组不同时间点(24h、7d、14d、21d)血浆NO和ET水平。结果:24小时及微创术后7天,2组NO、ET值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NO值术后第14天、21天观察组高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ET值术后第14天、21天观察组低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HBO治疗可调节脑出血微创术后血浆NO、ET值。Objective: To explore the influence of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on plasma nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after mini-traumatic operation. Methods: Eighty-four patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, both groups accepted mini-traumatic operation and routine treatment after the operation, the observation group were treated by HBO at the seventh day after the operation at the same time, once per day, for 14 days. The levels of NO and ET were observed in both groups at different times (24h, 7d, 14d and 21d). Results: The difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparison of NO and ET in one day and seven days after the operation (P〉0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in NO at the 14th day and 21st day after the operation, and the difference had statistical meaning (P〈0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the levels of ET at the 14th and 21st day after the operation(P〈0.05). Conclusion: HBO could regulate the levels of NO and ET after mini-traumatic operation of cerebral hemorrhage.
