穴位按摩及贴敷在预防老年患者跌倒中的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩及贴敷对老年住院患者踝关节及膝关节功能的改善效果,以及在减少老年住院患者跌倒中的作用。方法:将180例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各90例,对照组给予主动屈伸运动锻炼等干预措施,观察组给予穴位按摩及贴敷干预,比较2组踝关节及膝关节功能的改善情况。结果:踝关节屈足背角度、膝关节功能HSS(hospital for special surgery)评分观察组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。跌倒人数观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩及贴敷能明显改善老年住院患者踝关节及膝关节功能,减少跌倒人数。Objective： To observe the effects of acupoint massage and application on improving the ankle and knee joint function of senile inpatients, and the roles of reducing the falls of senile inpatients. Methods： All 180 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 90 cases in each group. The control group was given interventions, such as active flexion and extension exercise; the observation group was intervened by acupoint massage and application.The improvements of the ankle and knee joint function of two groups were compared. Results： The observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05） in both ankle joint dorsal flexion angle and knee joint function HSS （hospital for special surgery）. The falling number of the observation group was less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupiont massage and application can obviously improve the ankle and knee joint function of senile inpatients and decrease the number of the falls.
