协作式术前访视在乳腺癌手术患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨病区责任护士与手术室专职护士协作完成术前访视在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组由手术室专职护士按照术前访视单的要求实施,观察组由病区责任护士与手术室专职护士按照术前访视单的要求分工协助进行术前访视。病区责任护士负责患者的术前评估及术前注意事项,手术室专职护士负责介绍手术室环境、手术和麻醉信息等,患者心理支持由双方共同协作完成。结果:进入手术室时观察组焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意度、遵医率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:病区责任护士与手术室专职护士协作式术前访视满足了患者术前的健康教育需求,一定程度上缓解了患者的心理压力,增加了患者对手术的安全感和对护士的信任感,提高了患者的满意度。Objective： To study the effects of preoperative interview which was accomplished by ward duty nurses and professional nurses in operation room applied to breast cancer patients treated by operation. Methods： One hundred patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. According to the preoperative visit requirements, the observation group were visited by ward duty nurses, and the control group were visited by ward duty nurses and professional nurses in operation room. Preoperative evaluation and precautions of patients were in charged by ward duty nurses; Operation room environment, operation and anesthesia information were introduced by professional nurses in operation room; And psychological support of the patients was completed by both of them. Results： The anxiety levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group obviously when entered the operation group （P〈0.05）. Satisfaction and compliance rate of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Collaborative preoperative interview accomplished by ward duty nurses and professional nurses in operation room could meet the patients＇ needs of preoperative health education, easethe psychological pressure of patients certainly, increase the patient＇s sense of security and trust in nurses and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
