摘  要:为研究注浆微型钢管桩的抗弯承载力及抗弯刚度,采用不同的注浆材料,根据道路边坡处置中常用直径的钢管,对9根注浆钢管进行抗弯试验。通过对试验过程中试样挠度、表面应变及内部钢筋应变的测试分析,研究构件在荷载作用下的变形特征、荷载-应变关系,将极限抗弯承载力及抗弯刚度的试验结果与不同标准的计算值进行对比,结果表明:不同标准计算的极限承载力与试验所得的相差较大,其中福建地方标准DBJ 13-51—2010推荐方法计算值与试验结果吻合良好,且偏于安全;不同标准推荐方法计算的初始阶段抗弯刚度及使用阶段抗弯刚度与试验所得的差别也较大,其中日本AIJ(2002)计算结果与试验结果较为吻合。In order to study the flexural behaviors of grouted micro steel pipe piles,according to the different grouting materials,and the steel pipe with common diameter used for the road slope treatment,bending tests were carried out for nine grouted steel pipes. The deformation characteristics,the moment curvature relationship and the failure mode of the members under the load were studied by means of the analysis of the deformation,the surface strain and the strain of the steel. The test results of ultimate bending capacity and bending stiffness were compared with the calculated values by different standards. The results showed that there was larger difference between the ultimate bearing capacity calculated by different standards and the tested ones,of which the values by Fujian Province Standard( DBJ 13-51—2010) argeed well with the test results,which were more conservative. The bending stiffness of the initial stage and use stage calculated by different standards also differed greatly from the test results,of which the result calculated by Japanese AIJ( 2002) agreed well with the test one.
