摘 要:以明矾石脱水脱硫后得到的焙砂为原料,通过水浸实现钾、铝选择性浸出分离。在浸出温度25℃、时间15 min、液固比2∶1的条件下,氧化钾的浸出率达到86%以上。水浸前后样品的XRD、SEM图谱分析表明,渣中未浸出的氧化钾以类伊利石形式存在于水浸渣中,氧化铝几乎全部进入渣相。水浸液经过蒸发结晶得到硫酸钾产品,产品符合农用硫酸钾标准。In this study, alunite calcine was used as the raw materials to accomplish the selective leaching of potassium through water leaching, The leaching rate of potassium oxide reached 86% in hydro-leaching process, when the temperature was 20 ℃ , reaction time 60 rain, and liquid-to-solid ratio 2: 1. The XRD and SEM results showed that the unleached potassium oxide entered into leaching residue as a form similar to illite and almost all a- lumina entered into leaching residue. A potassium sulfate product could be obtained from leach liquor through evap- orating crystallization which met the standard of agricultural potassium sulfate.
