摘 要:石油压裂支撑剂是用于支撑水力裂缝的、具有一定强度的固体颗粒物质,其支撑岩层使裂缝始终保持张开状态的同时也有利于石油由地层流出。以云南某地低品位铝土矿为主要原料制备石油压裂支撑剂,考察了原料铁含量、烧结温度、升温速率对支撑剂制品的体积密度和破碎率的影响。结果表明,为获得满足石油行业标准的支撑剂制品,其原料中铁含量小于6%。最佳烧结温度为1380~1420℃,升温制度为干燥时间2 h(90℃),升温速率400℃/h(3.5 h),保温时间2 h时最佳。Oil fracturing proppant is used for supporting the bolt during oil drilling process which was solid par- ticle with certain intensity, the supporting rock can make the cracks keep open from beginning to end, at the same time it is advantageous to letting the oil flowing from stratum. In this paper, by using low grade bauxite which mined in certain area of Yunnan province as raw material, the iron content of raw materials, sintering temperature, and the influence between volume density and broken rate from different heating rate are investigated. The results show that: only when the iron content in the raw materials is less than 6% can the oil fracturing proppant be ob- tained which meets the oil industry standards. And the best sintering temperature is from 1380 ℃ to 1420 ℃ , heat- ing time for drying 2 h(90 ℃ ) , heating rate 400 ℃/h(3.5 h) and the best holding time 2h.
