摘  要:针对企业含氰废水处理成本高的问题,设计了新型高效的酸化-吹脱-吸收装置并进行大量试验。最佳工艺条件为:pH值2.5,时间30min,温度30℃以上,废水循环流量1m3/h,风机循环风量900m3/h,吸收液NaOH浓度20%以上,温度10℃。HCN吹脱率达99%以上,吸收率达96%以上,酸化残液CN-<3.5mg/L,浓度大幅降低,运行时间大大缩短。酸化残液采用SO2/Air法深度氧化后废液中CN-<0.1mg/L,达到排放和循环使用标准。成套设备投资较少,运行效率高,生产成本低,操作简便,可为黄金生产企业提供较大便利。Regarding the problem that cyanide-containing waste water treatment cost is high at enterprises, a new type of efficient acidification-blowing off-absorption equipment was designed to solve it, with a large number of trial tests. The result shows that the optimum technological condition was : pH 2.5, treating time 30 min, tempera- ture above 30 ℃ , wastewater circulation flow rate 1 m3/h, air volume flow 900 m3/h, and absorbing liquid NaOH concentration 20% at temperature 10 ℃. The removing rate of HCN is above 99% , the absorption rate is higher than 96% , CN-concentration of the acidification residual liquid 〈 3.5 mg/L, with a much lower concentration and shorter operation time. The residual waste liquid after deep oxidation using SO2/ Air had a CN- concentration below 0. 1 mg/L, meeting the emission and recycling standards. Complete sets of equipment with low investment cost, high efficiency, low production cost, and simple operation can provide great convenience for gold production enterprises.
