摘 要:农产品数量安全问题是关系到我国经济发展、社会稳定和国家安全的重大战略问题。FAO及发达国家已经形成了健全的农产品数量安全监测预警体系,为其农业发展和政府决策提供了有力支撑。国内针对粮食、肉类、果蔬等主要农产品建立了一系列预警模型并展开了农产品数量安全预警工作。本文从政府实践、品种、地区、手段等不同角度,对国内外农产品数量安全预警的研究现状进行综述,为农产品数量安全预警相关研究提供理论借鉴与建议。Quantitative safety of agricultural products is the major strategic issue related to China's economic development,social stability and national security. FAO and the developed countries established a relatively complete monitoring and early warning system,which had provided effective support for the development of industry and government decision-making. China had established a series of early warning models and launched a number of early-warning work for the main agricultural products including grain,meat,fruits and vegetables. This paper analyzed the present situation of the quantitative safety of agricultural products at home and abroad in terms of the government practices,varieties,areas and means to provide theoretical reference and research proposals.
